-Primary contact with company bankers and other external financiers (if any), negotiating appropriate facilities/service levels (under Group Treasury guidance) and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

-Ensuring compliance with local legislative requirements, in conjunction with local and country management teams

-Oversee cash/treasury management of local companies in co-operation Group Treasury

-Full responsibilities of cash pooling management and maintenance including the accounts Reconciliation

-According to the business needs , set up all bank facilities/agreements, including the XXX shareholder loan

-Monitor and controlling the capital injections/dividends process and keep this compliance within group standards

-Suggest and optimize the capital structure to ensure the best interest of the company

-Assist in financial reporting and closing.

-Coach , train the people and ensure the cash safety , improve the cash management
